Today, 16th February 2017, Linkin Park released the official lyric video for their new single Heavy, featuring alternative R’n’B artist Kiiara. From the 3rd February until 15th February 2017, Linkin Park and Kiiara on their separate Facebook pages respectfully, as well as Linkin Park’s official website were unveiling the production of both Linkin Park’s new album One More Light, but also the new single.

Heavy, from what can I can tell, leaves behind the sounds of The Hunting Party (2014), Living Things (2012) and A Thousand Suns (2010), and of course their nu-metal days. Instead, in their place is a combination of Minutes to Midnight (2006), and Mike Shinoda’s side project Fort Minor, for the direction of this single on its own is a mixture of alternative rock, soft rock, hip hop and R’n’B.

In the subject of their album One More Light, as the single is today premiered, so is information of the album.
