Feature of the Day – Celldweller – End of an Empire Album & Blackstar Novel release dates (2015)

On 3rd September 2015, electronic rock and industrial artist Scott Albert known as pseudonyms Klayton and Celldweller unveiled the release date, tracklisting and album cover of the full album of End of an Empire, previously in “chapters” (Time, Love, Dreams and Death) that spanned 16th September 2014 – 17th July 2015. The full album is due later this year, on 6th November

Then on 9th September 2015, a trailer for the long side project for Klayton’s previous works (Wish Upon A Black Star, 2012), the completed compilation of the science fiction novels based upon the album’s narrative, written by Joshua Viola (who was also behind the artwork of Act One: Purified, 2013 and Act Two: Awakening, 2014, animation for the Unshakeable music video, and writer of The Bane of Yoto, 2012).

Available for pre-order on Scott Albert’s record label company and music store, FiXT Music; the complete novel (in paperback and eBook format) will be accompanied by an artwork comic/graphic novel, attire, accessories and the original score. Not long after, Celldweller debuted (through website Bloody Disgusting) the first single from the original score, called Lost Treasures, which follows his distinct combined sound of EBM and electronic rock.

Last Saturday (12 September), he premiered a behind-the-scenes preview of a promotion video for his newest EP, End of an Empire: Death, which is to feature more details on the full album.
