In all honesty, it has taken 9 years for me to finally appreciate Mastodon, 9 years since listening to Blood Mountain and how eventually their newest album, Once more round the sun finally got me interested in the band.
The song, Hearts Alive is song of the day because 13 minutes of goodness feels like it should last longer.
