Download Festival have announced Slipknot will be headlining the main stage on Friday 12th June, with Judas Priest  as main support. Both bands have released new albums , and Slipknot will have finished their Europe/UK tour to start blasting their way through at festivals.
Other bands that have been announced to the line up are Five Finger Death Punch and Black Stone Cherry.

The festival will take place at Donington Park from 12th – 14th June 2015.

Tickets will be on sale on 20th November.
