Success through music comes in packages, this being that Five Finger Death Punch played their London second show at The Forum, with fans returning from the previous night to enjoy it all over again for this five piece rock band. The venue was packed to the brim with over excited fans and rightly so, the band bought out a new album and it was something that everyone was willing to witness this long awaited return.
The band opened with Under and Over it, the energy was received on both ends of the band and crowd and the encouragements for mosh pits and crowd surfers were greatly appreciated. The cool factor of every band member was displayed on the stage , it was amusing to watch as they make faces at the fans. The atmosphere was rich with screaming fans and great music, especially from the vocals of Ivan Moody. Songs like Burn MF was fun to watch and to be surrounded by fans just screaming out that chorus and just laughing reminded me how fun this band is. Other songs such as Remember Everything and Battle Born, showed the passion in Moody’s vocals and hearing the fans singing back all at once at the band was a goosebump feel. As the set goes on, the heat in the room became almost unbearable which was caused by mosh pit chaos , this is how you know that you’re experiencing true concert life especially on a Five Finger Death Punch night.
And so with the sea of horns and fist pumps in the air, the show came to a close , knowing that this satisfying feeling won’t disappear and this night will be always remembered.
